Procedures for working with FILMdyne, LLC

JUST THINKING ABOUT IT....

If you are NOT SURE whether you want to participate in the FILMdyne project, download the Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (CNDA). Signing and returning the CNDA will give you access to confiendential information to facilitate your choice, and enable us to speak candidly about the project.

You may also download and examine our standard Cast and Crew agreement. If you have been offered participation in the optional Bonus Program, you may wish to examine those documents.

You can view samples of our agreements in the Contracts and Agreements section of the index page.

You can print and sign documents, scan them, and return them via email to tom@filmdyne.com, or you may mail them to:

If you HAVE DECIDED to participate in the FILMdyne project, send an email to tom@filmdyne.com or call me directly at 859-396-2645. I will email you a link to your tailored Cast and Crew agreeement package. It is in PDF format. Download and print the document, sign all the sections, and return it.

You will then receive your UserID and Password to access the confidential area of our website. This will give you access to your sides (scripts), character breakdowns, storyboards, current shot plan, shooting schedules, and so forth.
